    Can't access CPanel

    I made the HTML I want in a separate word processor.  All I want to do is upload my HTML to my site.  From what I can tell, CPanel is the only way to do this.  However, I am not seeing any way to access my CPanel.  Where the "Open my Linux hosting account" help page says I should see the option to access Linux, I see nothing.  How can I access my CPanel?  If there is a better way to accomplish my goal, please inform me of it.

    Is this a Linux with cPanel account or one of the older hosting accounts?

    Also when you purchased / setup the server, did you select the cPanel option or just Linux - the cPanel is an additional $15/month
