Can't send or receive emails with my cPanel account

I have create an email account in my cPanel, but I cannot send / receive emails with that.

Please help me.

You will have to configure all of your DNS records (click me) in GoDaddy.

Over in cPanel go to "E-mail Routing," change it to "local mail exchanger."
