I have an Ultimate 3 Shared Hosting Plan on GoDaddy and I'm trying to monitor my disk space usage. When I access to "Cpanel Home > Files > Disk Usage" the loading icon keep rotating forever and the data is never shown. I think there's an issue at the server-end. How can I fix this please and get the Disk Usage page working?

Hi, @GDaddyCustomer. Welcome to GoDaddy Community! The disk usage page can take a while to load, especially if you have a lot of files or directories. If it's just not loading though, I'd recommend first clearing your browser cache. If that doesn't help, then it's possible that there is something wrong with the account. If so, you'll need to get in touch with our support team so they can take a closer look at the situation.
