Occasionally I find that when entering a new directory a refresh is occasionally needed @Dhaval_upadhyay. You may want to check your directory with another FTP client and have a look into the directory to confirm. Additionally don't be like me and put a folder in the wrong directory or create a new directory structure where the file goes to in error. I hope that helps? Come back and let us know.
