We are facing the email failure issue, no any email is being sent from domain, it return back to our inbox as Mail delivery failed: returning message to sender

Really strange, tech support are not properly solving the issue.. any one can help..??

You need to contact hosting support to get this corrected, your account is being blocked. They will require you to change your passwords, have up to date software, and have captcha on any contact forms before they will unblock you.

This happen because Email were suspended by GODADDY, due to fishing content or Some other reasons. 

I solved it by

1- Take Manual backup of file manager .

2- Scan for Fishing or Malicious  Content.

3- Reset Hosting plan.

4- Upload File Manager data.

After this everything will be fine.

Just in case anyone comes across this via search later:

 

Ritika's instructions don't mention anything about databases or existing mailboxes. Backing up and restoring files isn't everything, and could leave you in a bad position if you don't have the sql files for your database or the mail folder.

i cant send email from webmail for almost a month now; it keep bouncing back with the error message below, customer  service is not helping

im also facing the same problem.

Is that a solution? better go for rediffmail for busigness and gmail for busigness. they dont have a solution. i hate godaddy customer support.
