Hello @mohammed123!

Thank you for posting! You can turn that setting on and off within your php.ini file. I'm not familiar with setting it to -1 though. Can you give more information on what it is that you're trying to do?

Hello Heather,

Could you help me to change always_populate_raw_post_data to -1 ?

Thank you.

Re: always_populate_raw_post_data w/Linux Hosting cPanel

I added in .htaccess:

IfModule mod_php5.c>
php_value always_populate_raw_post_data -1
</IfModule>

But the error is still there. Not working.. What to do?

Re: always_populate_raw_post_data w/Linux Hosting cPanel

Hi

I need to do the same thing - however I have placed the php.ini and find no change?

1. Where should i get the default php.ini? Or should I just add the change in the file?

2. Which folder must it be placed?

Thanks

This actually didnt work.

I also phone hosting support but no help.

The workaround is:

  1. Create a file called ".user.ini" in the installation directory
  2. Using the editor (CPanel has one), paste this code into the file: always_populate_raw_post_data = -1
  3. Save the file
  4. reload page
