can't view bandwidth or disk usage

In my cpanel my bandwidth and disk usage are listed as 0GB/infinity.

It's been like this for a few months.

I had an online chat with godaddy support a few months ago. They said they will reset the server and it would be fine in 24 hours. They gave me their email address and have ignored subsequent contact, so I guess they were just fobbing me off when they said it would be fine in 24 hours.

Is there anything else I can try to get it to work?

Based on this you were still on the old Linux hosting server from GoDaddy.

my recommendation is to get a new cPanel server. Which is much newer and has PHP 7.x as well as see Paul versus GoDaddy‘s internal control panel.

GoDaddy may have some migration options you will need to reach out to Support for more information.

Can you go to the webalizer section in cPanel and look at one of the sites on your and see if it is reporting any stats - also can you confirm the cPanel version in the lower left corner

I'm afraid I can't see a cPanel version or webalizer.

In the bottom left, I have server details, which are:
