Are you using a cpanel/plesk hosting?

If so, can you "change" password of the email account to the one you know is correct, and try connecting again?

I can login to web mail with the ones i am using. hosting personal server 2016 windows server

I have several sites in Godaddy for several years. All mail is working except this one

Strange changing password to a plain text fixed the problem , never seen that one before. Lol use that same password on that accoint for years. Thanks for the help
