Professional Email Help

Add my Professional Email to Mail on iPhone or iPad

Step 5 of the Set up my Professional Email series.

Add your Professional Email account to the Mail app on your iOS device. Then you can send and receive business emails from your iPhone or iPad.

  1. Open your iPhone or iPad's Settings.
  2. Tap Mail, then Accounts. (Depending on your iOS version, you might need to tap Passwords & Accounts.)
    In Mail, tap Accounts
  3. Tap Add Account.
    In Mail, tap Accounts
  4. Select the Other account type.
    Tap Other
  5. Tap Add Mail Account.
    Tap Add Mail Account
  6. Enter your account details, and tap Next.

  7. Under New Account, make sure IMAP is selected.
  8. In the Incoming Mail Server section, enter:
    • Host name as
    • Your Professional Email User Name and Password
  9. In the Outgoing Mail Server section, enter:
    • Host name as
    • Your Professional Email User Name and Password
  10. Tap Next.
  11. Turn on the Mail toggle, and then tap Save. Your Mail app will discover your account settings and load your email.
  12. Exit the Settings app and tap Mail to open the app.

  • If the Mail app can't discover your email account, tap Wi-Fi and turn off the toggle, then follow the steps again. When you're done, turn your Wi-Fi back on.
