Workspace Email Help

Attach a file to my email

Add file attachments to your email messages so your recipients can download them. These steps are for Updated View.

Note: There is a 30 MB limit per email message that you send, with an individual file attachment limit of 20 MB.

  1. Sign in to Webmail. Use your Workspace Email address and password (your GoDaddy username and password won't work here).
  2. Select Compose.
  3. Select the paper clip to choose a file or drag and drop it into the message. The file will appear under Attachments.
  4. Warning: Do not attach the following file types:
.pif .reg .bat . scr .com .si .exe
They will always be rejected by webmail and are likely to get your email flagged as spam.
  5. Finish composing your message and send it when you're ready.
