Network Solutions: Change your MX records

If your domain is registered at Network Solutions, you will need to update your MX records there.

  1. Log in to your Network Solutions account.
  2. Click Manage Account.
  3. Click My Domain Names.
  4. Click Edit Advanced DNS Records.
  5. Scroll to Mail Servers (MX Records).
  6. Click Edit MX Records.
  7. Enter the information from your Workspace account.
  8. Click Continue

  • MX records changes can take up to 48 hours to take effect. Give it time, and then try to send yourself an email, to check that your fix is working.
