Troubleshoot: Reseller plugin
If you're having trouble with your reseller plugin, here are some helpful troubleshooting steps. If you haven't set up your plugin yet, learn how to set up your reseller plugin.

You’ll need to deactivate the plugin and reactivate it. This issue is caused by selecting Activate Demo Reseller during setup instead of Activate Your Reseller.

A newly launched product isn’t appearing in the reseller plugin. | You’ll need to import newly launched products, as the plugin doesn’t automatically sync them.

Step 2: Troubleshoot additional plugins If the plugin still isn’t syncing, other plugins might be interfering. Try looking at other storefront plugins that might be causing issues. Step 3: Delete your products and reset content

Getting errors in the setup process or can’t proceed past setup page. | Other plugins might be interfering with the reseller plugin. Try deactivating all other plugins or troubleshooting WordPress content first.

Managing or editing products causes an error page. | By default, all the URLs for our products are set up as /products in WordPress, which overlaps with WooCommerce who also defaults to /products. This might cause issues as the WooCommerce URLs can overrule the reseller plugin.
