View pending orders
When you place an order with us, it appears in your Order History as Pending until we receive payment confirmation. Some payment options can take up to 30 days to provide payment confirmation (though it typically takes less than 24 hours). While an order is Pending, the product is not available to use.
- When logged in to your account, click Account settings, and then click Order History.
Your orders and their status are listed by receipt number. Orders awaiting payment confirmation are marked Pending.
Note: You cannot change a pending order's payment method, but you can cancel it and repurchase using a different payment method.
